I can Chickpea
1 cup Nut Butter (Peanut or Almond)
1/4 cup Agave Necter
1/3 cup Oat Flour
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Cinnamon (optional)
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
Pinch of Salt
Chocolate chips (vegan or regular)
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Drain and pat dry your chickpeas.
3. Combine all your ingredients EXCEPT you chocolate chips to a high powdered blender or food processor
4. Fold in your chocolate chips
5. Form into cookie shape and arrange on baking tray with parchment paper.
- TIP: these will not expand like normal cookies so the shape you make them will be pretty much the final shape.
6.Bake in the oven for 15 mins or until the bottom on your cookies are a medium brown color.
