2 Baby/Toddler Smoothies

One of my favorite quick meals/snacks for my two year old is smoothies. There are so many ways to make smoothies and they are a great way to boost the nutrition in your child’s diet in a day. Today I have two new recipes for you!

Sunny Day Smoothie

1/4 cup frozen mango

1/4 cup frozen banana slices

1 tsp chia seeds

1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, or milk of choice

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more or less milk as needed to reach desired consistency.

Triple Berry Protein Smoothie

1/4 cup frozen raspberries

1/4 cup frozen strawberries

1/4 cup frozen or fresh blueberries

1/4 cup plain greek yogurt

1/4 cup cottage cheese (optional)

1/2-3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, or milk of choice

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more or less milk as needed to reach desired consistency.
